COBRA S3 IRONS GRAPHITE 4-SW NEW 2011 MODEL (8 Iorns)

  • Cobra tested over 4000 golfers and found that the average player strikes their irons in different places on the face. Therefore, Cobra designed specific 'Sweet Zones' in the long, mid and short irons, creating E9 Face Technology
  • The 'SweetZone' sweetspot in the long, mid and short irons changes shape and size to match up with where the average golfer strikes the face. This all adds up to each iron being individually designed, putting the forgiveness just where you need it!
  • Hyper Steel is used in the face of each of the Cobra S3 irons. It's lightweight and strength properties allowed the Cobra designers to make the face thinner for more flex and therefore greater distance
  • A hidden lightweight Polymer topline pushes a higher percentage of weight low and deep in the clubhead for improved forgiveness with all irons
  • The stylish S3 badge is not just for good cosmetics! Made from lightweight TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) it soaks up any unwanted vibration for improved feel and distance on the off centre strikes.
  • A 'Stepped Crescent' sole design narrows towards the toe of the head, providing more consistent turf interaction for increased accuracy and less clubhead twisting.
  • Each of the Cobra S3 irons come fitted with lightweight Aldila NV-3 graphite shafts to give increased clubhead speed and more distance.
  • All irons are fitted with Lamkin Cobra all weather grips as standard.
